The hotel is located in Preci, within the National Park of Sibillini Mounts, and it was made out of an old palace owned back in time by the Scacchis, a prestigious family of very famous surgeons in XVI and XVII century. The remodeling and refurbishing processes did take into very high consideration the previous architectural features of the ancient house. Very roomy ambiences, sited on displaced floors, which chase one another with rational functionality.
